Hi,
I have a question regarding our incubation status page here:
http://incubator.apache.org/projects/flink.html
I tried to keep it updated, mostly with the infrastructure stuff. But some
other work items don't have a finish date yet, however I have the feeling
that they are finished.
For example:
- the name has been approved (first item)
- "Give all Mentors access to the incubator SVN repository." .. I think
this should be done?
- Tell Mentors to track progress in the file 'incubator/projects/{
project.name}.html' .. this should be done .. if not, this mail did it ;)
- Copyright should be resolved as well. The SGA has been accepted by the
secretary, our code has ASF compliant headers and apache-rat is in place to
ensure this (on each build!).
- The same should apply to the distribution rights.
Can the mentors give some guidance here if there are further actions
required?
I can offer to update the status page accordingly once I've got
confirmation here.
