IMO, the recognition of the logo only depends on the squirrel. The location (or presence) of the text is not so important. Going for a version without text for Twitter (and other icons) and one with text for the website would be a good choice, IMO.
Independent of which logos will be chosen for the website and other accounts, I think we should put all variants on the website for download (if possible).
