Turns out that the switch isn't to hard, I only have to change the syntax for code blocks. In the process I'll also simplify stuff a bit. Kramdown has builtin support for building TOCs, for example. @rmetzger Is it correct, that the _layouts/css/js directories of the doc is ignored when building the web side documentation but it is required when building the doc standalone?
