Actually, it may have been infra while the code was moved to git. I see you committed it. You should then go to https://cms.apache.org/#bookmark and view the staging site by clicking on the "Get flume working copy" link and then selecting "staged". If you are happy with the way it looks then click on the publish link to update the live site.
