This is marked as resolved but we've had this same issue popping up on one of
our servers. I had a look at the patch and AVRO-1122, it doesn't look to me
like it implements the suggested workaround. Is there more to this? Was this
just marked resolved because the problem is in NettyAvroRpcClient, not flume?
