I have a client that has very valid reasons for having ip filtering on the
AvroSource.
The know about iptables and that does not match their needs. This shouldn't be
hard to implement since the avroSource is implemented with Netty and Netty has
org.jboss.netty.handler.ipfilter
I'm assigning this to me.
This will include:
1) Updating the AvroSource code
2) Updating the config documentation
3) Adding junits
