Description:
Flume creates a canary file to check spooldir permissions. If the disk is full,
the canary file can be created, but the deletion will not happen as the test
write will fail and an exception will be thrown before deletion.
An attached patch (to follow) tries to delete the canary in all cases in the
error handling itself, just to be safe.
