When overflow is disabled by setting overflowCapacity=0 the below warning is
reported (by underlying File channel)
2014-06-13 20:56:56,908i Invalid capacity specified, initializing channel to
default capacity of 1000000
File channel's capacity should be overridden with some small number in such a
config.
