Here's a patch that updates the Kite dependency. Only one code change was
required in one of the tests due to a method that was removed between 0.12.0
and 0.15.0. I also had to up the dependency on Avro 1.7.4. All of the tests
pass and Avro 1.7.3 and Avro 1.7.4 is compatible at the RPC-level, so I think
it should be fine, but I wanted to call it out.
