I have attached a patch that changes the default build profile to hbase-98 and
hadoop-1 can be run if needed by setting hadoop.profile=1
1) Do we need to add -hadoop2 ( apache-flume-1.6.0-hadoop2.bin.tar.gz)
2) If we decide to add -hadoopVersionNum to the artifact name, do we need to
publish both the hadoop1 and hadoop2 based outputs.
