TwitterSource lacks the ability to configure a proxy to access Twitter's API.
As Twitter4j allows explicit proxy configuration, TwitterSource should pass on
the properties through Context.
The properties exposed should be:
http.proxyHost HTTP proxy server host name null
http.proxyPort HTTP proxy server port null
http.proxyUser HTTP proxy server user name null
http.proxyPassword HTTP proxy server password null
as specified in http://twitter4j.org/en/configuration.html#HTTP connection
