Hi Keith

Thanks for the feedback and details of the process you're  using. BTW I also 
started at thread on ComDev and the process of asking permission beforehand 
came out too (so that is something that definitely needs to be incorporated).

I like the idea of doing or giving something to celebrate a first contribution, 
so will start a thread on Comdev  and see what happens :-)
