The members of the PPMC have other jobs outside the role of PPMC. It's fine for us to wear a different hat and work on other projects, not affiliated with Apache, even if the projects are related to Apache projects. There's tons of precedent for this... codehaus (now mojohaus) had lots of contributions from the Maven PMC members, and ooextras gets contributions from OpenOffice PMC members. > If it's just something that Mike ends up maintaining, perhaps, moving it > out of the github.com/fluo-io group would be best? > It was moved to github.com/fluo-io was renamed to github.com/astralway, and several of the projects have changed names to avoid use of the Apache Fluo trademarks. We've still got more updates to do at fluo.apache.org, and in the Apache Fluo README.md, and probably elsewhere, but we're taking concerted efforts to distance these "extras" from the PPMC role and Apache affiliation to clear up any ambiguity.
