Hi everyone, Thanks for the alignment, and thanks to Yang Wang for putting together the FIP.
I’ve gone through the proposal and I’m fully aligned with it. It covers both the immediate needs (like AGENTS.md, PR template updates, etc.) as well as the longer-term AI-native direction. I’d also like to actively contribute on the development side and help drive some of the initial items forward. It would be great to get input from the community on how we want to break this down and prioritize. As a starting point, we could look at: - Foundation items (e.g., AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md) - Governance pieces (guidelines, self-review checklist) - Tooling and infra improvements I’m happy to pick up and work on the initial tasks once we align on the breakdown and approach.
