Thanks, this is added to Forrest trunk 0.7-dev. I changed it to match
document-v1.3 DTD.
There is a experiment in docs-author/status.xml to add more stuff to the
status.xml file. We will not try to address that at this stage.

Description:
I've attached a DTD to support editing (and possibly validation) of the
status.xml file.
It is based on the 1.2 versions of the DTD for changes.xml and todo.xml. I
planned to update it for the 1.3 versions before filing this bug, but since it
never seems to happen, I'll just hand out what I have, for others to improve on.
