Description:
There is a problem with docs-author/content/xdocs/tabs.xml
The Welcome tab needs to point to ../../index.html but doing that causes many
breakages during the 'forrest' with messages such as:
X [0] ../../../../searching.html BROKEN:
/svn/asf/forrest/docs-author/./content/xdocs/../../../../searching.xml (No such
file or directory)
There is presently a workaround by pointing to ../../mail-lists.html rather
than to ../../index.html
