It appears that some input plugins are working. For example the wiki plugin
works, however the simplified-docbook does not. I've not done enough testing as
yet, but it may be that the common factor in failures is the SourceTypeAction.
I still have no time to work on this issue though.

Input plugins are not working in Head. Unfortunately I do not have the time to
find the cause right now. What I can say is that r153977 works fine.
