The Pelt skin - document2html.xsl - adds a <meta-data> tag which produces a Tidy error.
Are you sure it is a good XHTML tag ?
It isn't, but then document2html.xsl does not produce XHTML. It used to but then it was aletered to include TOC information and has been altered again to include the meta-data tag you refer to.
Valid XHTML comes out at the end of the whole process (i.e. after site2xhtml.xsl has done its stuff.
