Just a note to clarify this point (though other solutions were proposed later in these email threads) ... Forrest (actually Cocoon) can be told to exclude certain file patterns from processing using Cocoon's cli.xconf configuration file: http://forrest.apache.org/faq.html#ignoring_javadocs --David
