The issue arises due to the call to <ant> in the "docs" target of
plugins/build.xml
It uses the system $ANT_HOME/lib/* if it can find it.
So the solution might be to add a note to howto/howto-buildPlugin.html#ant to
describe the abovementioned workarounds.
Is there a better way to call forrest targets from within project ant build
files. See FOR-145 "Make Forrest able to be imported by Ant"
