Yes, this can happen when the project.skin!=leather-dev, but views are
activated.
vi forrest.properties -change->project.skin=leather-dev
ant local-deploy
forrest
Going in the right direction, I see content now. Thanks.
However all the content is right aligned and it appears after all
content, even the footer.
