Email confirmation of issue changes

I notice that every thime I submit or update an issue I get an email 
from Jira. I have submitted a number of pathches today and I have onle 
gotten email confirming the last one which I just submitted 
(http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FOR-383). I am sure that the other 
patches were submitted since they show up when I browse the issues page.

Here are the others that I submitted today:

Did anyone else experience this ?
