According to the doc
http://forrest.apache.org/docs_0_70/cap.html
the SourceTypeAction can be configured with a "w3c-xml-schema" rule.
However, this rule does not work because in SourceType.java, it is
mis-interpreted as a "processing-instruction" rule.
