There are duplicate styesheets in the skins directory as a hack to make views 1
work. views 1 should be modified to use the new names or to use the locationmap.
I presume that "views 1" will be removed before 0.8 release.

Being close to write down recent changes of contracts in the dispatcher
howtos. Then we should remove views v1.
Will veiews 1 sites work in views2 or is there some modification needed?
(this is a general question, I am +1 on the removal)
