Description:
We have been dumping issues into 0.8-dev by default as a result there are a
large number of issues in there that shouldn't be.
We need to work through all the issues assigned to 0.8 and, where appropriate,
move them to Unknown.
The page [1] gives a list of all issues in 0.8 sorted by issue number. Lets
work through them and leave a note in here as to where we are up to.
[1] Seems this link didn't remember te search settings. To reproduce, select
the 0.8-dev roadmap then click the ID collumn to sort by forrest ID
