The attached screenshot coat-safari.jpg shows that the scrollbars are
unnecessarily extended in both the height and width. This also happens with
Firefox/Mac but only the horizontal scrollbar. No such problems with the "pelt"
skin.
There is an additional issue with Safari. The footer (with copyright notice) is
black.
