Further this links are all internal and normally never exposed directly
for the outside.

I thought about a quick and dirty fix by introducing structurer for this
files that they can get match like:
<link href="body-index.html">body-index.html</link>
and adding body-index.fv to the same directory only containing the
content-main.ft contract but I am not really convinced from it.

Anyway like you see there are possibilities to solve it. ;-)
