It is not in the file system. It is generated dynamically (forrest run),
so you would request e.g. http://localhost:8888/skin/basic.css

Could you please attach all files to FOR-805 that is much easier for
us. ;-) I am keen to solve this since that issue was the reason why
commit mails to lenya/site had been disabled for a while.
