Would it be appropriate to remove seed-v2 and seed-v3 and replace with a
more up to date seed-rc1 , I reckon I might be able to mange this one if so

This simple batch file, mentioned I would do this at the recent Forrest
Friday, basically just does all the building,cleaning and deploying of
plugins neccessary for using the Dispatcher. A time saver, if nothing
else.
Put it in the %FORREST_HOME%/main/ directory.
