AFAIK, it's not a working solution. All versions of XMLSpy I've used
(4.0 - 2006 Pro/Ent) react on such CustomCatalog.xml
with a message:
Error reading XML Catalog: Unknown element 'nexnCatalog'
That looks like a problem in the catalog files. It should be "nextCatalog"
I cannot find an element called "nexnCatalog", perhaps a typo in the email.
I can't go testing any further than this because I do not use XMLSpy.
What I can say is that those instructions were written by someone who
does use it and therefore they should work.
