See "locationmap demo is broken" seems that is a common lm problem and
not dispatcher specific.
See my comment in that thread. The locationmap is *not* broken. It is
only a small part of it that is broken (the rewrite). This may be
related, but my gut instinct is that it is not.

I have found who is the culprit :

The revision 390856 of the locationmap.xml works like a charm, the
revision 390882 does not !
(The problem is I don't currently understand the changes ;) )
