I didn't want to mess with the structure of the pattern as I'm not
familiar enough with dispatcher to know what side effects this may
have. If you think it is safe to do this, then I agree bother are
better than the current implementation.

See Thorstens response before making the changes. But, yes, I will
test the DOAP stuff. I'm active on a project using that at present so
I'll keep it up to date.
Too late, I have made the changes, but I will not commit.
Having said that, building the doap docs should be a sufficient test,
as is the case with all plugins.
I think a specific target build.sh validation which will make a build.sh
test + the generation of every plugins would be great to improve the
test phase.
