RSS handling in DOAP input filter

Attached is a patch to the DOAP plugin to handle RSS feeds.
The patch makes three changes to the XSLT stylesheet
1) new namespaces, FOAF and Dublin Core
2) a new template to transform the RSS
3) a call to the template
The patch assumes works with the three most common RSS types (RDF, Atom and
2.0) and separates them using their mime-type.
