I have looked through SVN.
At

there is where some features were added to the Devs bar. Later on they were
removed from the Devs bar and moved into the dispatcher-dev bar, they are still
there. (They were always dispatcher specific)
I'll keep looking but atm can not see where any other features might have been
removed.
So what are we asking for , to produce the current page in .fo or .xml ,
possibly with the option of opening in a new tab/window. (?)
Also, we should not hard code to :8888, but use forrestPort variable instead.
Lastly, we are talking 'normal' Forrest here, not dispatcher related.
