There was no 0.1 release of Forrest.
You can test ...
cd site-author
forrest run
http://localhost:8888/docs_0_90/current_changes.html
... shows all changes but should be only showing the current ones.
http://localhost:8888/docs_0_90/current_changes.rss
... shows all changes. Search for "facilitate upgrading" to prove it.
Both show all changes, so it seems not restricted to RSS.
