The last known working version of Cocoon 2.2 trunk in Forrest was r351990.

However there are problems when doing the 'svn checkout'. We suspect that this
is because at that time Cocoon was using un-versioned "svn externals" to share
"blocks" between Cocoon trunk and 2.1 branch. These externals have since been
removed.
