A really hacky patch with a couple of functions which adds:
(a) a link to the indexed-by-category page and the anchor within the page for
the category
(b) a link to the category (assumes the category is a URL)
Tested on both a large and a small collections.
The patch should probably not be applied as-is, but it would be great if
someone shows me how I'm meant to map to the anchor on the page (which is
currently a complete hack).
