I realize this is gone from SVN and the relative docs are moved into dispatcher
plugin, this is a legacy of ForrestBot not removing redundant files from the
server - therefore old links to the page will work, despite the links being
gone from the main site.
I'll see about removing this page, should I set up a redirect to the new doc
location?
