I'm in the process of switching our changes stuff back from a copy to the
projectInfo plug-in in FOP. I found that the add/fix/update... images didn't
show up when releaseNotes_<version> was used in a subdirectory. The attached
patch fixes the problem. Please also check if maybe the
projectInfo.changes.sort and projectInfo.changes.includeContributorList should
also be duplicated in the releaseNotes entry in the sitemap.
