Ah, i am mistaken with that "Cocoon PMC" comment. As a forrest committer you do
have commit access at Cocoon, but would need to show merit there to be invited
as a Cocoon committer/PMC.
Anyway, perhaps you know how to run services, without being under an individual
user account.
