The document http://forrest.apache.org/howto-dev.html#debug-sitemap-exec
explains a technique to help debug sitemaps. This is not available in the
Cocoon-2.1 Profiler block.
I am going to warn about its demise in our docs, rather than remove it. Of
course hoping to encourage one of us to backport it.
