New section in tei output with all the references in the document

As commented in the mailing list, I have modified the XSL for the TEI output to
include a section at the end with all the links (references) in the document.
This section is optional and is controlled using a property included in the
forrest.properties.xml file. The patch depends on patch I submitted for the bug
#1111 https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FOR-1111 -
https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/attachment/12390728/0001-tei-properties.patch
as this patch modify the output.xmap file for the plugin.
