Hi All, Two questions here,
I'm not sure how to include the Table of Contents in the odt output plugin. Any hints or where to look would be great. I got to thinking, I wonder if we can have some kind of contract or other central place that plugins can include if the Table of Contents is required, or leave it out if not. Having it separate code from the plugin and optional makes sense to me (maybe that's the case, but without knowing how to do it I'm guessing). Not even sure if a plugin can include such stuff, and if so, would it be able to include it as a theme contract, or somewhere else? Thanks Gav...
