Hi Gavin, I see that you are running RAT over the Forrest SVN: http://ci.apache.org/projects/forrest/rat-report.txt
It reports many false hits. Its "exclude" file probably needs some more entries. I still use the old tool that i developed, rather than RAT. Its exclude list is at: [1] https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/pmc/forrest/relicense-avoid.txt These are very simple text patterns to be excluded. Perhaps you can use that as a guide to add more to your RAT configuration. -David
