seems my changes never made it accross during the move from themes.core to
themer so I can start again on this and provide a different contract for
trademark.
You mention a new 'panel' - where a panel is a collection of contracts - the
copyright contract for instance is in the footer panel. Can you expand on that,
I was going for a contract that can be included into any panel, not create a
panel with just a trademark statement - or do you mean something like a copy of
the footer panel with the trademark statement in it so folks can just swap out
a panel without trademark for a panel with ?
