Summary: Use plain svn commands rather than Jsvn for forrestbot and
plugins deployment (was: Change forrestbot to use plain svn commands)
Description: We currently use jsvn which isn't actively maintained and is
in a poor state of documentation. We already use regular svn commands in
certain places and, given the state of jsvn, we should switch everywhere to
