Summary: Re-configure our Gump run to use a packaged version of Cocoon-2.1
(was: Consider re-instating our Gump run using a packaged version of Cocoon-2.1)
Using a "packaged version" of Cocoon-2.1.x release will at least get Forrest
building with Gump again. (Perhaps later Gump will build Cocoon-2.1 branch
again.)
