Hooray, Apache Gump is now starting to build Forrest again.

Many thanks for the assistance from Stefan Bodewig.

There is now a sucessful build of the forrest core.
Next is to gradually add dependencies until "forrest-test"
is being run.

For the moment, the nag emails are coming directly to me.
If you want to help or watch, then see the overview
and results via http://forrest.apache.org/gump.html

We took a shortcut, to use a packaged version of
Apache Cocoon 2.1 (i.e. the last release 2.1.11).
Perhaps later we try building the head of that branch.

Anyway, for now this gets Forrest building and we can
verify the trunks of each of our dependencies.

This enables us to more confidently update to recent
versions of our supporting products, some of which are
very out-of-date.

Thanks Gump.
