There were cases where we were already missing their LICENSE file, so i assumed
that for some we are missing their NOTICE files too. The thorough job would be
to check their distribution packages. Better to do that at the time of course,
or when we update each. So for this pass i am doing the easy way to get the
obvious ones.
The main thing that i want to do for this release is the first sentence of the
issue Description.
