The next task would be to identify exactly what change in the dispatcher plugin fixed the path mis-behaviour on Windows for dispatcher (or to confirm that it was the same fix as the one applied pre the 0.9-release to other parts of forrest). Unfortunately I don't have a Windows box running close to me, so it is not straightforward for me to debug this. Sjur
